What is it?
The MAPSYS Business MAP is a professional consulting service designed to provide you and your business with a link between your business objectives and your technology.
Most businesses have evolved their technology and it may not be what they would deploy if they could redo it. In addition, most are staffed at operational levels and are unable to make the investment to realign their technology. This is where MAPSYS can help.
Through interviews with your key business leaders, data collection within your organization, research of your industry, and MAPSYS experience, you will be provided with a concise statement of your plans, your current state of alignment, a proposed state, and the initiates to move closer to what you want and need to be.
Most of our Business MAP customers value finding out about the technologies that are available to them almost as much as the empowering and enabling initiatives we provide.
