    Seamless Service Coverage. Provide entitlements with every renewal and addition to your consolidated maintenance contract so service calls will be responded to promptly.

    ServiceSuite Prepaid. Cover IBM hardware assets under one IBM contract that covers both hardware and operating software at reduced cost.

    Change Management. Provide convenient, responsive and accurate accounting to add or delete new or “out of service” hardware and software.
    ENTERPRISE (Consolidated Equipment/Software Contract)

    Inventory Audit. Reconcile Customers current software and hardware inventory to IBM invoices.

    Consolidated Billing. Be able to pay Maintenance and License Agreement renewals on fewer invoices and be able to easily reconcile them to inventory reports.

    Annual Review. Review Customers contract annually. Provide Customer with updated itemized Inventory report. Review projected renewal costs for the next
    budget year.
