Their appointments mark another significant milestone as MAPSYS continues its growth through strategic acquisitions, expanded capabilities, and investments in long-term success.

Over the past several years, MAPSYS has expanded its capabilities through the acquisitions of IT Solutions Group, Gottlieb & Wertz, and GKT Consulting, strengthening its expertise across AI, infrastructure, application development, hybrid cloud, managed services, staffing, and consulting. The company has also expanded into a larger headquarters in downtown Columbus, Ohio, reflecting its continued investment in growth, innovation, and its people.

Steve Werman
Steve Werman joins the Board following an accomplished executive career in finance, operations, and corporate strategy. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer
and Chief Financial Officer at HOMAGE, where he remains a member of its Board of Directors, helping to lead the company’s rapid growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial leadership.

Prior to HOMAGE, Werman spent more than seven years with KPMG Advisory, advising private equity and middle-market organizations on transactions and strategic initiatives.

John Lawson
John Lawson brings decades of executive leadership experience from Cardinal Health, Chase, and Big Lots, where he has led strategic initiatives focused on operational
excellence, organizational performance, and business growth.

John now serves as the Principal Customer Success Executive at ServiceNow, leveraging his experience leading complex enterprises and driving business, technology, and
operational strategy. He will bring invaluable insight as MAPSYS continues its national expansion.

Together, Werman and Lawson bring decades of experience in scaling organizations, strengthening operations, and advising executive leadership teams.
